China's Stars
The Channel [V] China Music Awards and Asian Influential Power
Grand Ceremony returned to The Venetian Macao in April for a fourth
year. Co-sponsored by the resort, the event honours the best and
brightest talents in the music industry around the region. Hundreds
of fans turned out to cheer their idols on the red carpet, with Korean
superstar Rain, Japanese boy band w-inds, Taiwanese star Jay Chou,
and super band Sodagreen all in attendance. Celebrities joining the
celebrations included Jackie Chan, Wang Feng, Karen Mok, Zhou
Bichang, Alex To, Ella Chen, Momo Wu and Della. A total of 45 awards
were presented at the star-studded event.
